How to located your model number

iPhones
  • Go to Settings > General > About.
  • Look on the SIM tray or back of the phone (depending on the model).
    • Android Phones
  • Open Settings and navigate to "About Phone."
  • Check the label on the back or under the battery (if removable).
    • MacBooks
  • Open the Apple menu and select "About This Mac."
  • Check the engraving on the bottom of the laptop. (eg. A2337 or A1466)
    • Windows Laptops
  • Look for a sticker on the bottom of the laptop.
  • Check the "About" section in Settings.
    • Apple Watches
  • The model will be located on the bottom of the watch.
  • Be sure to also include the size eg. 44mm or 40mm in the model field.
