How to located your model number

iPhones

Go to Settings > General > About.

Look on the SIM tray or back of the phone (depending on the model).

Android Phones

Open Settings and navigate to "About Phone."

Check the label on the back or under the battery (if removable).

MacBooks

Open the Apple menu and select "About This Mac."

Check the engraving on the bottom of the laptop. (eg. A2337 or A1466)

Windows Laptops

Look for a sticker on the bottom of the laptop.

Check the "About" section in Settings.

Apple Watches

The model will be located on the bottom of the watch.

Be sure to also include the size eg. 44mm or 40mm in the model field.
